Who Is Aventurine Climate?
Aventurine Climate is the trading name of WH2022 Limited and was previously called WH2025 Limited.
The company’s business model centres on acquiring land and developing renewable energy assets. It is mainly focused on electricity peaking plants and utility-scale power generation, as well as carbon removal technology.
The website also references future diversification into hydrogen, waste-to-energy, and sustainable residential/commercial developments.
There is a separate investment website for the company called Aventurine Invest. This showcases how it is possible to invest in Aventurine Climate projects.
Aventurine Climate is directed by William “Billy” Jackson, who has operated a long series of loan note investment schemes across a network of connected companies.
These companies include the brands Platinum, Northumberland Living, West Chevington, Southbrook Gas, and Genesis, as well as the more recent entities Aventurine and WH2022 Ltd.
Many of these schemes claim that the loan notes are protected by security trustees.
In the case of Aventurine Climate, the security trustee Security Trustee is Alpha Trustee Services Limited, headed by Mark Kidd.
However, many investors say that they have not received their money and are not being helped.
Martin Richardson, a senior partner at Richardson Hartley Law, said: “A number of people have contacted us to say that they have lost tens of thousands of pounds in this scheme.
“Some people have lost their life-savings. We are keen to help as many people as possible.”
