Richardson Hartley Law offers a variety of
fee options.
For fraud reimbursement via the banks we primarily offer ‘no win, no fee’ agreements.

Our fee structure:
We have three tiers of charging.
The maximum we will ever charge on recovered monies is 20% plus VAT.
Each tier has a capped amount that you pay us.
It means you will never pay us more than £10,000 plus VAT.
Tier 1:
£1 to £24,999 charged at 20% plus VAT* (capped at £4,999)
*lowest rate in the market.
Tier 2:
£25,000 to £49,000 charged at 20% plus VAT (capped
at £7,500)
Tier 3:
£50,000, or above, charged at 15% plus VAT (capped
at £10,000)
